We intend to complete a 26 mile race carrying a 45lb bergen (rucksack) whilst raising money for our chosen charities...Cancer Research UK and Help for Heroes.  The race takes place annually in Cyprus www.thewalkdown.co.uk and takes a route which starts in the west at Mount Troodos and finishes in Episkopi, home of British Forces Cyprus.

These are two charities which are important to all three of us, as we all have friends and family who have been affected by these causes. Please give generously!
