Brooke, Action For Working Horses and Donkeys is the world’s largest working equine welfare organisation. We make both immediate and long-term changes to transform the health and welfare of hardworking horses, donkeys and mules to give them a life worth living.

Story

By the spring, I intend to complete 300 miles of walks, including all or as much as possible of the following trails:

The London Peace Trail - The Epping Forest Centenary Trail - St Peters Way - The Essex Way - The Lea Valley Walk - The Sirhowy Valley Walk

So far, I've done 103 miles. See my progress at:

I am covering all my own costs, so every penny will go straight to the charity. All donations will help the Brooke to continue its vital work among the world's poorest communities.
£50 could pay for a mobile veterinary team for a day £75 could pay for the training of a local farrier to ensure the proper care of hooves £250 could pay for the de-worming and vaccination of up to 50 animals Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: the Brooke Hospital For Animals will receive your money sooner and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor me now! Many thanks for your support.
