I've always wanted to take part in The Great North Run and this year whilst working at Sage the opportunity couldn't be greater.  

There are in total 237 runners within #TeamSage and our esteemed CEO Stephen Kelly has offered to donate £2 for every minute a colleague is faster than him.  I'm DEFINITELY taking him up on this!!

I thoroughly enjoyed The Great North 10k on 05/07 and completed this in 52:51.

I've been bite by the running bug good and proper!

All the support, motivation and donations I will be receiving will be greatly appreciated and I thank you for this!

On a last note, I'm proud that Sage have chosen Cancer Research as their charity as it close to my heart as I lost my brother to this illness and raising funds will mean a lot to me personally as well as #TeamSage.
