I am competing in my first triathlon on 5th June and would like to use the opportunity to raise some money for a charity very dear to me.

About 3 or 4 years ago I visited the most wonderful farm during one of my first trips to Cape Town. Goedgedacht is part of the Path Out of Poverty (POP)  a unique rural-community development programme that helps impoverished children break free from the damaging cycles of poverty that have trapped rural families for generations. They do this by concentrating on 3 key areas Education...keeping children in school, Health...children require food, shelter, warmth and basic hygiene for healthy development and Personal Development...teaching children values and social skills
