Welcome to my page!

Once again, I am embarking on another running challenge. I say challenge lightly as I did the Flora London Marathon and Liverpool Half Marathon last year, and those were each a challenge in itself.

I am hoping this year to raise money for a charity that some of us find awkward talking about in day to day life, and Mental Health seems to go unnoticed in topic of conversation. The truth is, 1 in 4 of us will suffer some kind of mental health problem every year.

If you would please sponsor me, then that would be awesome, however small, trust me it helps.
