Story

Hi my lovely - thanks for visiting this page.

Yes, yet another crazy challenge so thank you for choosing to sponsor the great cause that is Paralympics GB - www.paralympics.org.uk

What is it this time?

JOGLE - John O'Groats to Lands End. 950+ miles. 9 days. - www.rideacrossbritain.com. 11th - 19th June 2011. Probably the toughest challenge yet.

Why?

www.paralympics.org.uk - I can't get enough of the olympics and the paralympians are especially inspiring. I do these challenges because I feel lucky that I have the ability to do them. Olympian Cathy Freeman was inspired to run by her disabled sister - "I ran because she couldn't. I've got two arms and two legs and it's my duty to use them".

Your donation could fund Grassroots programmes like Parasport to help disabled people get into sport. Which might result in the next Victor Pretorius or inspire the next Chris Hoy. That's pretty good return on investment.

How else can you help?

- email/call me to help with any fundraising - spinathons, auction prizes, sponsor a logo on my cycling shirt

- support on the ride for day or two. Wave the 600 riders en route

Thanks for your continued support, Siobhan xx

=========================================

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
