Sisters Jump Together · 26 October 2013

Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and South East Hampshire, caring for 300 children and young adults from 0-19 years of age every year, both at the hospice and in families’ own homes.

Story

Ann and Karen will jump out of an aeroplane on 26th October (TOMORROW !!!!) - hopefully strapped to someone who knows what they are doing!

The jump is in memory of our sister, Gillian, who was born with Spina Bifida and who died at the age of 13.

All money raised will go to the Chestnut Tree House Hospice in Sussex who look after families with seriously ill children and bereaved families. We completely appreciate the amazing value of the work done by Chestnut Tree House as we know first hand what illness and death of a child means to a family. Gillian died 39 years ago and her memory still brings tears to our eyes very quickly.

As we jump we will say Gillian's name.... no doubt later followed by a few choice expletives and wows! Wish us luck and please DONATE LOTS OF MONEY.
