I am running a 10k run on the 24th of October for ReThink. http://www.rethink.org/

ReThink are a fantastic mental health charity who provide support to thousands of people around the UK who have a mental illness or are a family member/friend of someone who has a mental health problem. Mental illness is something that affects so many people around the world and I would love to be able to raise money for them to continue providing support to those people in need.

Mental illness is still so taboo and ReThink are doing all they can to increase public awareness about it.

Please dig deep and donate now! My target is £500 but I would love to smash it!

I am aiming to run it in 55 minutes.
