There's not many times I decide to brave a charity event. However, this event combines many things to what I think make's it worthwhile

Firstly - it's Cancer Research...and we all hate Cancer and the good news is that recent research is making ground breaking progress so let's help keep it up

Secondly - Last quarter of 2013 things sucked, so December was a pretty heavy month and I don't want that. Abstaining from the ol' liquor for a month is gonna be difficult but I know it's what I need.

Thirdly - This 'ordeal' is easier when supported by friends (though with them sober my January should be ok anyways!)..but it does make a difference to motivation and the total money pot...

So with the above, I'm doing this shizzle...help us out if you can...instead of buying me a drink, donate instead...I'll do the same....
