Your Place is a charity dedicated to solving homelessness in east London, one person at a time. We’re here to offer hope, a home and a healing place to grow, where people who’ve lost their homes can get the individual support they need within a safe, caring community.

Story

A group of students at LSE are sleeping rough for a night on Houghton street on 3rd November. We're not just doing this because we saw the unemployment rates and decided to start practising for life after Uni. We want to get sponsorhip from you guys to raise money for Anchor House - a residential centre that supports single homeless people in the UK.

When we say sleeping rough, we really mean rough! No tents - we're doing it properly. We'll be in the blistering cold with nothing but sleeping bags and a few pieces of cardboard. Surely that's deserving of a few quid! You can find out more about them here - http://anchorhouseuk.org/. Please give anything you can spare (as Tesco will tell you) every little helps!
