Greetings traveller and welcome to my just giving page, my name is Chris, more commonly Smiv, Smash, Smigers, Smivvers or Smith depending on who you are and at what time you have gotten to know me.

Whatever the name I'm a man who loves nothing more than to get out and about on a bike and have done now for well over 8 years, the further from civilization and the greener the better, exploration of countryside on ones mountain bike is awesome and if you haven't had a crack you should.

After last years trip to Blackpool with the "Vulture Squadron" (check out our team link on this page for more on why we are doing this for the Bolton Hospice) we are back again to tackle that and a trip back (plus a bit of celebratory ale) to keep things a little more interesting at around 110 miles depending on how the trip back pans out.
