The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I'm going to ride 100km as part of the "Wheels for Change" event. I haven't been on a road bike for several years, but I'm sure I'll manage, and the event looked like fun.

"Wheels for Change" is run in aid of the Prince's Trust, a charity that helps 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives, through jobs, training or education. I've done some volunteering with them, and think they do some really meaningful and impactful work to help disadvantaged young people.

If that sounds like something you'd like to support, you can make a donation here.
