The World Federation of KSIMC is eradicating poverty within the poorest and deprived communities across the globe, by providing access to education, healthcare, promoting economic development, securing basic rights to food, clean water and sanitation, and building spiritual and vibrant communities.

Story

'If one of our Shia goes for Imam Husain (as)’s Ziyarat, then he will not return but all his sins will be forgiven. For every step that he or his mount takes, 1,000 virtues are written for him, 1,000 sins are forgiven and his status is elevated by a 1,000 degrees.(Behaarul Anwar, vol 101, pg 25, tradition 26; Kamiluz Ziaraat, pg 134)

We have alhamdullilah been blessed with the opportunity to go to Iraq this Arbaeen and we will inshAllah be undertaking the 80km walk from the Holy City of Najaf to the land of Karbala.

We would also like to take this opportunity to raise funds for a Community Upliftment Project in Northeast Kenya which aims to provide long-term sustainable solutions to bring communities out of poverty.

Please do donate generously - with the amounts raised, it really can make a big difference to the communities we are helping and far beyond.

(please note that all funds received by The World Federation will be used for this project with no deduction for administrative costs)
