The day before my 1st Birthday on the 13th of January 1978 we lost my Gran, Sylvia
Britt. Sadly I never got to know her, but her passing left a big gap
in our family and I wish I could of had just 5 mins with her in later
life. If I can do anything to give others that 5 mins, I will. The Hastings
half is not only a classic run, it also is around my childhood home, so the
route brings back many happy memories. If you can help contribute to the day, I
would be eternally grateful.
