I am running the 5K Adidas Women's Challenge ( my 1st attempt ever at anything like this) on 5th September  to raise money for the charity Contact the Elderly(CtE).

I first heard of CtE when I did a project for them last year.

Contact the Elderly is a very simple but amazing concept - It organises monthly tea parties/outings usually on Sunday afternoon for people over 75 who live alone or don't  have the support of family and friends.

All proceeds will go to making their experience more fun & they of all people deserve it the most!
