Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Please take time to read this. A good friend of Izzy, Poppy and Neve was diagnosed last year with type 1 diabetes at the age of 8. It has been life changing for both him and his family. Rhys has been truly amazing and has taken it all in his stride...a few lessons could be learnt from Rhys on how to take things in your stride that life throws at you. His family too have had a steep learning curve in managing day to day life with an 8 year old son/brother with diabetes. They too have been incredible. We are taking part in the London bridges walk and would love to help raise money for a great cause.

After being recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, family, friends and some of Rhys' teachers have joined together to raise money for diabetes UK. We are all taking part in the Diabetes UK London Bridges Challenge on the 9th October 2016 - a 10 mile walk across 13 iconic bridges in London over the River Thames. You'll see our team fundraising target on the right. Your donation can really help us smash this goal. joined together to raise money for charity.
