This will be my 3rd year running the British 10K on behalf of The Cassandra Learning Centre.  I’m also going to be entering in for the London Duathlon in September which will be run at Richmond Park.

The charity was formed after the murder of my sister at the age of 19.  We found out after her death that she had been a victim of Domestic Violence.

Her death has been highlighted recently after the Court of Appeals overturned the acquittal verdict of 2002.  This then lead to the first and successful Double Jeopardy case  and conviction in British Law.

Fundraising contributions have gone towards support for 2 drop in clinic at Croydon and South Thames College.
