Brighton Marathon 2013 · 14 April 2013 ·

We undertake research for choriocarcinoma/gestational trophoblastic disease where Charing Cross is the world's largest centre for this disease. Lung cancer research at Hammersmith Hospital. Testicular and ovarian germ cell tumour research

Story

On Sunday 14th April I ran 26.2 miles in 3 hours 31 minutes at the Brighton Marathon for the Cancer Treatment and Research Trust at Charing Cross Hospital.

They do great work to help support patients and carry out research on  rare forms of cancer (gestational trophoblastic tumours)

With someone close to me currently undergoing treatment, I decided to run the marathon for this charity. Please sponsor me if you can - any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Sophie
