Grace House North East offers a range of specialist services to support children and young people who have complex disabilities and associated health needs, and their whole family.

Story

Myself and members of Josephine Butler College from Durham University will be completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on the 7th June in support of Grace House North East. This will involve climbing Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent, in aid of an incredible charity that Butler has long supported.

Grace House children's charity is located in Sunderland and offers respite breaks to disabled children and young people from across the North East, while also supporting their family. Grace House provides a fun, safe and exciting environment for disabled children, where they can live life to the full. The money raised by the Butler 3 Peaks team will help Grace House to offer additional services to families with disabled children, such as therapeutic music and arts activities, and adapted sports coaching.

Please support the work of this wonderful charity, any donations will be much appreciated!
