On Sunday 2nd October I will be cycling 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to raise money for The Prince's Trust.

It is a great and worthy charity which offers a wide range of advice and opportunities for individuals who need it. Having worked closely with the charity for work, I am passionate and ready to give something back.
