Louis and I will be raising money along with over 100 other of my collegues from SLM Everyone Active, for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, where one of our colleagues, Sammy Eldridge, is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.

We are going to be completing 8 mini triathlons in one day, each one at a different centre. 

It is going to be hardwork but it is such a worthy cause so please donate.
