On Monday 3rd may I will be running the Watford 10k on behalf of Watford Mencap.

Watford Mencap today supports over 500 children and adults in the Watford and South West Herts area.

The money raised from the 10K will help to fund their Children’s Centre in St. Alban’s Road in Watford. The Centre has been described as a ’lifeline’ by the many families, as it is the only facility of its kind in the area that welcomes all children, no matter how severe their disabilities.
