Story

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page!

In June I’m cycling nearly 600 miles from Leeds University all the way to Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin! A group of 50 of us will cycle through 3 countries over 8 days, covering about 70 miles a day (similar to doing to London to Brighton for eight days in a row!). Its definitely going to be one of the toughest things I have ever done, bearing in mind cycling to University seems like a challenge at the moment. But by training over the next 6 months and going to endless spinning classes I am hoping to make it possible. Please support me in this crazy challenge and help me raise money for the amazing charity ‘The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust’.

The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust is a charity based in West Yorkshire supporting young people with cancer. The charity researches into cancer specifically affecting teenagers and young adults as well as funding to improve the quality life for the patients both during and after their illness. Involving them in social activities to help them remain positive and cope with the isolation from school, friends, and families that the illness can bring. Other schemes include making sure every patient in hospitals around the country suffering with the illness have a gift to wake up to on Christmas day, who may be away from their family. To find out more about the amazing difference the Laura Crane Trust is making please visit their website.

So please support me in this outrageous challenge to help raise money for the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust by donating on this page. Any amount will be much appreciated and make a difference!

Thank you :)
