Five challenges before 25! · 13 May 2017

We are a small charity with a big ambition set up in memory of Oscar Cole who died very suddenly aged just 16 months in June 2014. We are helping to bring the future of Healthcare to children by utilising the latest technologies such as data science, artificial intelligence and digital solutions.

Story

I I have recently decided to set myself five challenges over the next five months in an attempt to support charities close to me and those around me. The five challenges aren't yet 100% finalised but here's the current plan for the first few:

Challenge 1 is the Riga half marathon - COMPLETE

Challenge 2 is participating in a sprint relay triathlon (only the run for now but have to start somewhere!) at the beginning of June

Challenge 3 will be the 5k Pretty muddle obstacle race for life in July

If all goes to plan, challenges 4 and 5 will incorporate some form of intense cycling as I am currently terrified of cycling... I will be monitoring early stages of trying to teach myself again. Whoever says you never forget should see me on a bike!

I am supporting Thinking for Oscar. In memory of their son Oscar who they lost at a young age, David and Hannah set up this charity to support children & families in hospital care. So far the charity has raised money for much needed vein thread technology for paediatric units at both Great Ormond St Hospital as well as Oxford Hospital. The charity has also funded a whole new paediatrics unit at The John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford where Oscar was treated. Their work is more important than ever given the current challenges to the NHS!

I appreciate all your support!
