PhysCap is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of children suffering from severe disabilities. It helps children in Yorkshire by purchasing specialist and thereputic equipment. Money is raised every year through donations, collections and pledges and a variety of events each year.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be completing the "Physcap Endurance Challenge" to be held at David Lloyd Gym in Leeds on 25th Feb 2012.  The event is a 2 hour boot camp challenge, not for the faint hearted!

This is all in aid of Eve Williams, a seven year old girl who has Cerebral Palsy.  Physcap have kindly allowed all money from this year's event to go to help Eve.

Eve has been selected for "Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy" by the world renowned surgeon Dr TS Park at the St Louis Children's Hospital in Missouri, USA.  SDR is a complex procedure that will give Eve a real shot at increased mobility and a fully independent life, both of which are a distant dream today.  Her family are trying to raise £45,000 by July 2012 to help Eve realise her dream of being able to walk and dance.  Visit www.evesjourney.co.uk for more information.

Tree of Hope are helping us to raise money for Eve, ALL money donated is ringfenced for Eve and will be used to help achieve her goals.  Without Tree of Hope we wouldn’t have access to JustGiving or GiftAid.

Thank You.
