To those of you that know me well, will know that I work for a Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team and that I love my job so much I decided go back to university and retrain as an Occupational Therapist!

Therefore raising some awareness around Stroke and doing a spot of fundraising for the Stroke Association is quite meaningful to me.  So meaningful that I have also signed up to run the London marathon in April 2016 for the Stroke Association.

This will be my first ever marathon, so please donate as much or as little as you can to the Stroke Association, it will help to keep me motivated on those long and lonely runs.
