<p>Myself and a close friend of mine called Georgia Mann are both running the 2012 London Marathon together and we plan to fundraise&nbsp;and run in aid of the charity <strong>BRAKE</strong>. <strong>BRAKE</strong> is a road safety charity that aims to prevent the carnage of road accidents and to also lend support to those victims who have experienced road accidents or bereaved families. Not only am I running for a very prestegious charity and worthy cause but also in memory and spirit of someone very close to my heart. My dearest sister Henrietta who tragically was killed in a road accident in September, 2002 at just the age of 20.&nbsp;She was a very&nbsp;keen runner and sports woman herself&nbsp;and the London Marathon&nbsp;was something that she had always wished to complete, however sadly that wish never came true. Therefore, I finally have the pleasure and chance to complete the marathon (in one piece I hope!!) for her myself and will do so with all my strength and determination that I know she will give me.</p> <p>I feel honoured and have such a pleasure in being able to train and&nbsp;run the marathon with Georgia who sadly lost her father recently in February 2011.
