As some of you may know I am not a long distance runner so this is not an easy task!  If anyone would like to come along and watch for their entertainment then feel free!

Lung cancer is one of the most common types of cancer with low survival rates.  Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation are committed to providing support work people with lung cancer and their families, as well as raising awareness of the symptoms of the condition.  Their fundraising provides them with the capacity to research into surviving lung cancer and the risks of smoking!
