For those of you who don't know i have taken Sarah Jenkins place in The Great South Run and i'm raising money for The Piers Simon Appeal.

It is a small charity set up in Memory of Piers Simon a dear friend of mine who was killed in 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami. The Charity has raised over 1/4 million pounds so far for countries all around the word who suffer similar devastation, taking it directly to the people effected.

It would mean a huge amount to me if you would make a donation however big or small!

Plus I only have less than a month to prepare!! ahhhhh......... certainly wont be braking any records, the humilliation factor has got to be worth a few squid!!
