I am taking part in fundraising money for two very worthwhile charities who do fantastic and essential work.

Marie Curie help people and their families living with a terminal illness make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert care, emotional support, research and guidance.

At Samaritans volunteers give their time to provide emotional support for people in distress 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Carlo is having an event at the yoga studio:
So, I am going to participate in performing 108 Sun Salutations.
The event is fundraising money for Samaritans and Marie Curie and we will then split the total of donations between the two charities.
