I'm raising money for The Stroke Association by running 10 miles in October. I'm running in memory of my Dad, who had  a stroke in 2012, which left him permanently disabled. After this the Stroke Association helped him a great deal, and his weekly sessions at Stroke Group meant a lot to him. In 2016 he had a second stroke, and passed away. I want to raise money to help all the other people out there affected by stroke.
