I am looking to complete a triathlon by cycling 10 miles on the shores of Ullswater, rowing across the lake itself and, if that isn't enough, we will then climb to the summit of Helveylln!

We are doing all this in aid of Mind - The Mental Health Charity because every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem and we all need support sometimes.
