I'm running the Great North half marathon this weekend and raising money for a wonderful charity called First Touch. They help sick and premature babies at St George's Hospital in Tooting in London and some years ago they asked me to be one of their patrons. So I am hoping to be able to help them, at the same time as completing the race in a rather less eventful way than I did the London marathon!
