On Sunday 10th October I managed to complete the Royal Parks half marathon in 2 hours 16 mins 36 secs. Thank-you for everyone who has supported  my fundraising so far, and thank-you if you're planning to donate now as it really helps Mind and all their good work assisting people with mental illness.
