I have decided to lose 3 stone in 21 weeks in time for my 29th birthday and to help spur me on will be raising money for The Message Trust.

The Message Trust has worked for the last 20 years with the hardest-to-reach young people through innovative and effective work in the schools, communities and prisons of Greater Manchester, and beyond through the UK-wide Eden Network. Over 100,000 young people come into contact with their staff and volunteer teams each year - in the classroom, at a live gig, in community activities such as Eden Bus or after-school clubs, or on the wings of young offenders' institutions. They regularly see a drop in crime, anti-social behaviour and reoffending rates in the areas where they work and many of their staff and volunteers today were yesterday's troublemakers.
