The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Hi, I'm Sophie! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided that at the grand old age of 6 years, after never having more than a trim, it is time to cut my hair. I am becoming more active and independent, and I would like to be able to take care of it on my own and not have to have it tyed back all of the time, and not have it getting caught when I'm trying to do things.

Mummy, daddy, and I had a chat, and I will be donating what is cut off to the Little Princess Trust. They make real hair wigs for other little girls who have lost their hair through illnesses such as cancer and alopecia. I have lots of hair, so I think that it is a really good idea to share. We have set up this page so that some of my friends and family can help support one of our favourite charities, as well.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
