Hi Everyone,

So I am cycing from London to Paris in September for chairty.

As you all know (or at least anyone who knows me knows!) this is very out of character, not the charity part obviously but the bike aspect. However I believe its for a very worthy cause.

I will be cycling to raise money for the Institue of Cancer Research.

Founded in 1909 as a small research department of the Royal Marsden Hospital, the ICR has grown to become one of the world's foremost independent cancer research organisations.

Their vision is that people may live their lives free from the fear of cancer as a life threatening disease. They research into the causes, prevention, diagnosis and methods of treatment of cancer, they educate and train medical & scientific staff,  and provide treatment & care of the highest quality for cancer patients.
