<div>UPDATE</div>
</strong></span></div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> </strong></span></div>
<div>We are back......Steve's time 3 hours 20 mins - Ben's time 4 hours 51 mins !!</div>
<div>Ben would like to point out however that his time was for 26 miles - while mine was for 13 miles having been "timed out" by the Swiss Marathon Mafia - so only the "Halbmarathon" medal for Steve ....however .....the plan is being hatched to come back and do the rest next year (or even one every year) so people will get their money's-worth !</div>
<div>The doctors say I should be walking again by Easter - while Ben time was also hampered by "hanging around for the old guy" for the first few miles .......</div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> </strong></span></div>
<div><strong>HUGE THANKS</strong> to all of you for generous sponsorship - it is a very fine cause.</div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> </strong></span></div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Steve's Story</strong></span>: Ever since I was a tiny baby I have wanted to take part in a 26-mile Cross Country Ski Marathon. I am 73 now and my twin, Ben, has agreed to help me fulfil my lifetime ambition by transporting us both to Engadin in Switzerland. Ben "looks" younger than me - and in many ways - he is. Ben is also fitter, healthier and less stupid.</div>
<div>We have been training together now for several hours - and my instructor says that one day I will be as good as a "beginner" at Cross Country - while Ben is between Intermediate and Annoying.</div>
<div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ben's Story:</strong></span> I AM between intermediate and annoying. I don't feel the need to train but I figured my twin needed someone to go on holiday with. I will be the tall one standing by the finishing line for 3 hours holding a defibrillator and a pint.</div>
<div>Please give generously .......if either of us actually die out there Futures For Kids have agreed to send a nice letter.</div>
<div>Thanks .......The SparkeyTwins</div>
