This is the services 10th Anniversary and the CEOs 50th birthday year so she has talked us into making fools of ourselves whilst raising money for an amazing charity.  Please please sponsor us so we feel worthwhile humans!!!

Westmeria Counselling Services was established in August 2003 to help people in crisis, or just in need of support, with a particular emphasis on those suffering from depression. It is our aim to reverse the trend of reliance on anti-depressants.
