Fairbridge - The Spinningfields Olympic Games · 9 November 2009 ·

The Fairbridge Programme, part of The Prince's Trust, is located in 15 of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK, working in partnership with local communities to provide cost-effective solutions to issues such as truancy, crime and unemployment.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Specialised Republic of Manchester JustGiving page.

We are aiming to raise £1500 by 1st October for the Fairbridge Charity, a charity that aims to help deprived young people from the Greater Manchester area to think differently and work towards a brighter future. To raise this money we will be carrying out a number of events, but we are also hoping that some people will donate out of the goodness of their own hearts!

There is an extra incentive to donate too. If we hit our £1500 objective then we are included as participants in the Spinnigfields Olympic Games in November. So if you wish to see one of the members of our team struggling to complete an event or risk pulling that 'dodgy muscle' again then please don't hesitate to donate to our more than worthy cause.
