Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

** After the event ! **
After completing 24hrs and 516.3 Miles, I feel very lucky not to have suffered too much from the spin. slight pain from wrists and shoulders due to continual holding of the handle bars.
I had quadriceps freeze up around 2 - 3 a.m. but cleared quickly after some self massaging of the muscles.
Although my butt was very sore due to continual sitting down, I didn't suffer any chafing sores thanks to sudocrem which helped massively to stem any possible sores from chafing in the saddle (which took out one of our riders after 22Hours when the pain became unbareable.)

*** *** ***
I Am riding for 3 charities although primarily riding for Help for Heroes, raising money in rememberence of "Jacko" Warren Jackson.
Having Jacko as a friend gave you a friend you could rely on and trust.
Jacko served as a highly trained Royal Artillery Commando for 148 FO Commando Battery RM Poole, completing tours in Afghanistan and Iraq.
He died April 29th 2011 by the car of an off duty policeman while out on an evening ride.
