We are a team of six runners from St. Mary with St. Alban Church, Teddington.  The church has a history of supporting Welcare in various ways and this year, for the first time, we are running the British 10K London Run to raise funds for the charity. 

On 11th July the team will be running well over a marathon between us, so please sponsor us to help fund many of the projects that Welcare run in support of children and families.

How your donation can help:

   £5 will pay for a child to attend our summer playscheme for the day

   £10 will pay for a volunteer to visit and support a family in need

   £20 will pay for a Creche worker for parents attending a parenting session

   £30 will pay for an hours contact session for families with an absent parent.
