I'm taking part in this 24 hour Gaming Challenge this year to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities, whose services James and I have already used once this year, with a longer stay to come later in the year. 

Our son, Lewis, has been diagnosed with Metopic Craniosynostosis, and will have major surgery to reshape his skull at some point between 12 and 15 months. There are only 4 hospitals in the country who deal with this condition, and so families have to travel some distance to get the best care for their child. 

Ronald McDonald House Charities provide accommodation for families so they can stay as close to their children receiving treatment in hospital as possible. This service is a huge support to families during what is an incredibly stressful time. Just £25 can help them to provide accommodation for 1 family for 1 night.
