Pixie's getting pixified! · 7 May 2014

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I'm Jasmine, although some of you may know me as Pixie, and I'm going to be cutting my hair off! Donating my hair is something I've wanted to do for a while now, but I've always been too scared!

I'm very attached to my hair, so this is going to be a huge change for me, especially seeing as I hated hair cuts when I was younger because my parents would always joke about cutting it all off! Ironic, right?

Inspired by the lovely Carrie Hope Fletcher (who will be donating her own hair and is raising money for The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity) and the equally as wonderful John Green (author of the brilliant 'The Fault In Our Stars'), I shall be donating my hair to The Little Princess Trust (http://www/littleprincesses.org.uk/), who make wigs for children who lose their own hair due to various illnesses.

I am raising money for both Teenage Cancer Trust and Make-A-Wish, so if you have any money to spare, please take the time to donate to both of my causes, or maybe pick one of your personal preference! If you can't donate, or don't wish to, please could you share/tweet/reblog the pages to spread the word!

Thank you so much for all your help!

Peace, love & pancakes
