Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
About the challenge:
As part of our internship at Hewlett Packard, we have decided to raise money for the Prince's Trust. Climbing the 3 highest peaks in the UK is just one of our challenges which we have set ourselves for the year. As a group we will have to complete this challenge in just 24hours (this is including travelling time from peak to peak), in the May Bank Holiday (26th-27th).
We will start our first peak (Ben Nevis, Scotland) early hours of Sunday May 26th, and aim to complete 24hours starting at 6am and finish 24 hours later in Snowdon (Wales).
The three peaks are:
Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1344m)
We have a tough challenge ahead of us. However with your support we believe it's possible to achieve this. We are kindly asking you for a donation to support our cause. We will for sure use the donations as a motivation and key factor to push us through this challenge.
About the charity
Prince's Trust work with 14 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.
Since 1976 they have helped more than 600,000 young people support 100 more each working day.
To continue this vital work Prince's Trust need to raise £40 million this year. They rely upon generous giving and fundraising from a huge variety of people like us.
Just £3 can provide two weeks’ support for a vulnerable young person, helping them find their first job.
The Trust is a valued Charity at Hewlett Packard and we are proud to be taking part in such a large challenge in order to raise as much money as possible for the Charity.
Any donation is a great donation. And we would like to thank you in advance.
Thank you,
3 Peaks Team
