I'm going to take on a 7Km mud run on the 27th of June.

All to raise money for the Emily Ash Trust. The trust helps children and their family members suffering from cancer and do a fantastic job. 

I'm hoping to do the course as quickly as I can (and may even sneak around for another casual lap at the end).
