Last year I completed the Dimbleby Cancer care 50/50/50 walk which was tremendous fun.  This year I wanted to do something different (for 'different' read 'less challenging'!) to support this great little charity that does so much on an individual level for people who are  living with cancer. So I am committing to moving 5 km each day in May 2016 under my own steam.  Mostly this will be walking but I am hoping to be inventive and find some alternatives! 

Last year, walking with a friend, we raised over £2k between us.  This year, because I will be asking the same lovely people to donate again, my sights are set lower.  But if you are reading this because you think you might like to donate, this is a fantastic hands on charity and your money will be directly spent on making life better for people from all walks of life in really practical and comforting ways.  Please do press the donate button and give whatever you feel is right for you.
