Step Up Challenge 2017 · 16 January 2017

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

We are taking part in a virtual walk between Capita offices across the UK; from London to Cardiff to Belfast to Stirling.

The route is approximately 630 miles, which is around 1,260,000 steps; and can be achieved with roughly 10,000 steps a day for each team member participating.

For 2017 international miles have also been introduced so for every 200 miles covered by the team each week an additional 100,00 steps (equivalent to 50 miles) will also be added to our total.
