"Hair today, gone tomorrow" · 31 July 2014

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've been growing my hair for far too long, but when I cut it I want it to be useful. So.....I'm cutting a lot of it off (about 20-30 inches) and donating it. Although this might not seem like a big deal, it is to me.

The hair will be donated to the Little Princess Trust, who make wigs for children who have suffered hair loss due to cancer. Considering how important my hair is to me, I think this is a worthy cause.

I am asking for donations to both the Little Princess Trust, and the RAF Association, (my other page), a cause that, as a member of the Air Cadet Organisation, I have always wanted to support.

If you wish to donate for my hair cut, please donate to either cause, or consider contributing to both by dividing your intended donation.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
