On May the 28th myself and a few friends are cycling from London to Paris, which is just over 300 miles in 4 days.  

The training has already proven quite challenging and I'm sure I will be very happy to eventually reach the Eiffel Tower hopefully without too much difficulty. 

A few of us have chosen to help the charity Winston's Wish.  This is charity for bereaved children, and they help young people re-adjust to life after the death of a parent or sibling. Every 22 minutes a child in Britain is bereaved of a parent, and Winston's Wish is there to help these children rebuild positive futures.
